With a solid 22-year track record at highly prestigious establishments such as the Royal Mansour, La Sultana, and the Mandarin Oriental, Youssef Ait Belkas is the Executive Chef at Villa Chakamani. Having honed his exacting standards alongside international luminaries such as Yannick Alléno and Marc Lahoreau, this natural leader places absolute respect for the ingredients and the passing down of culinary traditions at the heart of his approach. Convinced that a dish is born above all from “the soul of a kitchen team” and a shared passion, he presents a refined, sincere, and generous signature cuisine at Villa Chakamani, designed to transform every meal into a truly memorable experience.

As Director, Ludovic Schorpion brings his refined vision of hospitality to Villa Chakamani, shaped by a commitment to absolute precision, a keen eye for detail, and a deep-rooted culture of service. After cutting his teeth in France and successfully managing iconic establishments in Marrakech’s nightlife and dining scene (Crystal Restaurant Lounge, Buddha-Bar, Mövenpick, Nikki Beach), he has mastered the art of creating a vibrant and cohesive atmosphere. His ambition for our establishment is clear: to naturally establish Villa Chakamani as a must-visit destination, driven by impeccable consistency and that “discreet excellence” evident in every detail of the guest experience.
